Eoin is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years’ design experience in the Life Science, Biotech/Pharmaceutical, Educational, Health and Commercial sectors in Ireland and Europe. His expertise includes client interface, program and cost management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. His design management experience has encompassed projects in OSD, fill finish, biotechnology and API manufacturing varying in value from €50,000 to €30million. Eoin’s project portfolio includes facility modifications and upgrade projects, infrastructural projects, laboratory upgrades as well as admin/office fit-outs.

Colm has delivered highly successful projects on which he has managed the design effort and all construction, commissioning, and qualification activities. Colm’s project portfolio includes large manufacturing and facility expansions, commercial fitouts, and infrastructural projects.

Daniel Foley

Daniel Foley is a Chartered Engineer with over 23 years’ experience leading mechanical, HVAC and utilities design across the Life Science industry, spanning Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Industrial, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. He currently oversees the HVAC/Mechanical and Process engineering departments, providing strategic direction and technical leadership to multidisciplinary design teams. With experience in both consultancy and site-based roles, Daniel’s work covers new-build projects as well as the expansion of existing facilities, where he has served as project manager and design lead.

Linda maintains customer relationships and manages TY, student and graduate programmes in Tandem. Linda ensures compliance to CPD obligations, EcoVadis and the Carbonation Disclosure Project. She also maintains the learning and development programme, develops social media and marketing content and organises events.
